We have an extensive range of furniture and accessories, and our Property Staging packages are available on both a short-term and long-term rental basis. We also stage Showhomes and Retirement Homes.

Full Property Staging

This package is recommended for those who will be moving out or who are selling a vacant property, showhome or retirement home. 

Our standard package starts at $2070
for a 3 bedroom, 1 living property.

Partial Property Staging

This is ideal if you are planning on staying in the property while it’s on the market. We'll offer advice on what furniture should be removed or how your existing furniture can be rearranged and then bring in additional complimentary items.

Prices start at $920 for 10 items installed.

Open Home Consultation

We offer a one-on-one, 1 hour styling consultation service. Our senior stylist will come and review your property and make suggestions on the best way to layout and style your home using your own furniture and items.

FAQ’S

  • Call us today or fill out the form here and tell us what your requirements are. We can provide an estimate over the phone which we can then finalise once we have viewed your property.

    Our standard 3 bedroom, 1 living staging package starts at $2070. The price includes delivery, setup, pickup and insurance. If furniture is required after the initial six week period, hirage is on a week to week basis.

  • Six weeks. If you require the home staging for a longer period we can discuss a weekly basis fee until the property sells.

  • When it comes to styling for sale, our preference is always for an empty property. A blank canvas delivers the best results as the furniture and accessories are selected and installed as a cohesive package. Our professional stylists carefully position furniture, arrange accessories and make beds to create maximum impact and it is best if these remain undisturbed for the duration of the campaign.

    For clients who are living in their property or want to retain some furniture items, we can provide a ‘partial style’. We'll offer advice on what furniture should be removed or how your existing furniture can be rearranged and then bring in additional complementary items.

    We do not style rental properties that are tenanted.

  • Ideally we prefer at least 2 weeks notice if possible, however please feel free to call us if you have a shorter deadline and we can discuss options with you.

  • We deliver, install and stage in one day - ready to go to market.

  • As we style multiple properties each week, our stock is constantly changing and it's difficult to guarantee exactly what we'll have available on any given day. 

    If there's a particular item you've seen on our website or instagram page that you'd like us to use, please flag it as early as possible with us and we'll do our best to include it!

  • All House Couture items in your property are covered by our insurance for the period of the hire.

    Once you've contacted us with your project details, we’ll book you in for a complimentary consultation and quote.

  • 2. Consultation

    Our lead stylist will visit your property to explore how best to showcase it for sale, highlighting its key features and appealing to your ideal buyer. Together we’ll review furniture placement and style for each room, while also discussing your goals and target market.

  • 3. Planning & Styling

    This is where the creative vision comes to life. We'll craft a distinctive aesthetic for your property, carefully selecting from our extensive collection of premium furniture and décor items. Our experienced logistics team deliver and carefully install the furnishings. We then get to work, creating beautiful spaces throughout the property based on the intended design direction.

  • 4. Furniture Collection

    You can sit back and enjoy the results once your property is sold, as we handle the furniture collection either upon sale or at the end of the contract.
